You'll choose your preferred date and time during checkout. Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time.

Our boutique is at 560 First St. Suite B160, Benicia CA 94510. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Boutique hours are Wednesday through Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed Sunday through Tuesday.

We deliver across Solano, Contra Costa, and Napa counties. Cities served include Benicia, Vallejo, American Canyon, Martinez, Concord, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga, Danville, Fairfield, and Napa. Standard delivery is $20 flat to all addresses in our service area.

If stored properly indoors, your helium balloon bouquet can stay beautifully inflated for up to one week, often longer. For outdoor use, we recommend keeping balloons in shade and out of direct sunlight or heat.

Absolutely. Our Balloon Bar lets you pick from our full color palette and add personal touches like a tassel trail or foil balloon. If you have a specific request that isn't covered in the options, drop a note in the Special Requests field and our team will work with you.
