Yes! You can pick up your order at our boutique in Benicia. Select pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready during boutique hours: Wednesday to Friday 11am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Tuesdays are by appointment. We're located at 560 First St. #B-160, Benicia, CA 94510.

Absolutely. Revel & Co. is a full party boutique. Alongside our balloon creations, we carry party supplies, tableware, gifts, greeting cards, and décor for every kind of celebration.

The Balloon Bar lets you build a custom helium bouquet your way. Choose your balloon sizes and quantities, pick your colors, add finishing touches like a tassel trail or foil accent, and we'll assemble it fresh for pickup or delivery.

Yes! We offer delivery across Solano, Contra Costa, and Napa counties. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your area.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before completing your order.

We recommend ordering at least a few days in advance to guarantee availability, and at least 48 hours ahead for custom balloon work and larger orders. Need something sooner? See our rush delivery info below.

For pickup orders, we recommend a full-size SUV with the seats folded down, especially for helium bouquets and garlands. We can't guarantee that larger garlands will fit in smaller vehicles. If you're unsure, reach out before your pickup and we'll help you plan.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the secure express checkout options available at checkout.

Balloon lifespan depends on the type of balloon and the environment.

Indoors:

• Helium latex balloons: 1 to 3 days
• Helium small foil (mylar): 1 to 3 days
• Helium large and jumbo foil (mylar): 2 to 5 days
• Air-filled balloons (garlands and décor): days to weeks

Balloons should be kept away from heat, sun, wind, and sharp objects.

Outdoors: outdoor conditions greatly reduce balloon lifespan. Sun, heat, wind, rain, and temperature changes can cause balloons to deflate or pop, especially darker colors.

• Outdoor balloons usually last up to 24 hours in ideal conditions
• Best placed in shaded, covered areas
• Set up as close to event time as possible

Please note: outdoor balloon lifespan is unpredictable and we do not guarantee outdoor balloon décor. All estimates are based on indoor, climate-controlled conditions. Balloons look best within the first 24 hours.

Revel & Co. uses only high-quality, 100% biodegradable latex balloon brands such as Tuftex, Sempertex, and Kalisan. These brands last longer than the discounted brands you'll find online or in big box stores, and are thoroughly tested to meet safety, quality, and performance standards. Off-brand balloons aren't subject to these tests and may contain contaminants.

We're happy to inflate your foil and mylar balloons, but not latex, due to the safety testing mentioned above. If you'd like your foil balloons inflated, we'll handle them with care, but we can't be liable if they don't inflate properly or pop.

Yes (ish). While I'd love to assist everyone, Revel & Co. is just a team of 1 and isn't able to accommodate every request. Factors such as advance booking, distance, and event date may not align with our availability. Please give us a call or send an email to discuss your event in detail. :)

Yes. Takedown is included in your contract unless otherwise confirmed during signing. Takedown covers only the items and décor provided by Revel & Co. Party Boutique and does not include cleanup or removal of other event items.

After décor approval is accepted and the contract is signed, payment is due in full within 48 hours of the signature. A 50% refund of the full event amount will be honored if the client provides written notice to cancel at least 72 hours before the event start time. For example, if the event is 3pm Friday, written notice must be delivered by 3pm Tuesday. No refund is granted after this window.

Revel & Co. is thrilled to partner with you on your celebration, but we cannot handle all aspects of your event unless arranged during the signing of your contract.

We prefer to work with high-quality materials from reputable balloon providers, and we do not offer inflation or styling services for Amazon or Etsy balloon garland kits at this time.
