Refund Policy

Custom and Perishable Items Our Luxe Balloons, Custom Helium Bouquets, Balloon Bar arrangements, and Balloon Décor installations are custom-prepared and perishable. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on these items once an order has been placed.

Retail Items Party supplies, gifts, and greeting cards purchased online or in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase or pickup, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted in-store only at our Benicia boutique. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of return processing.

Damages and Issues Please examine your order upon receipt or pickup. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

A quick note on color: balloons display their true color only once inflated. If you receive your order and the colors appear different than expected, we recommend inflating one mini balloon of each color to confirm before reaching out.

Cancellations Custom and balloon orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Retail orders may be cancelled before fulfillment by contacting us directly.
