Delivery & Pickup Policy
Local Delivery Revel & Co. delivers balloon bouquets, custom designs, and curated party supplies across Solano, Contra Costa, and Napa counties. Standard local delivery is $20.00 flat to all addresses within our service area, which includes:
Benicia, Vallejo, American Canyon, Martinez, Concord, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga, Danville, Fairfield, and Napa.
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery is 0 to 1 business days from the time of order. Orders placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time may be eligible for same-day delivery, and orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time will be delivered the next business day. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume.
We deliver using a combination of our in-house team and trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives efficiently and securely.
Same-Day Pickup Pickup is available at our Benicia boutique, located at 560 First St. Suite B160, Benicia CA 94510. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are eligible for same-day pickup during our boutique hours. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
